Weekly Recipe: Prawn Kebabs
More of a simple meal idea this week. These are kebabs of prawns, marinated in treacle, coriander and lemon juice, with watermelon and peach threaded on as well. Cooked on the barbecue and served with barbecued corn, rice and salad greens.
